Welcome to Kapee. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Kapee's Hyperlocal Services Platform, designed and operational across our active designated service clusters.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Kapee platform (website, mobile application, or services), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Kapee operates as a hyperlocal services marketplace connecting independent service providers (electricians, beauticians, agricultural technicians, tractor operators, caterers, cab operators, etc.) with consumers. Kapee does not directly employ service providers and is not responsible for the performance or quality of service rendered.
3. User Account & Security
To use certain features, you must register for an account using a valid mobile number or email. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and OTP codes. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
4. Provider Terms & KYC Verification
Service providers registering on Kapee must complete a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, providing government-approved identification and address proof. Failure to maintain verified status may result in immediate suspension or termination of provider dashboard access.
5. Bookings, Pricing & Cancellations
All service rates displayed are upfront and inclusive of applicable service parameters. Booking cancellations must adhere to the Cancellation Policy defined on our platform. Kapee reserves the right to charge nominal service fees or penalize booking abandonment under appropriate circumstances.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kapee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our service platform, or transactions conducted between users and service providers.
