As Kapee is a hyperlocal marketplace, we collect real-time location data (via GPS or cellular network) from your device to connect you with nearby service providers and facilitate active service tracking. Location data is stored securely and is only accessed when the application is actively running in the foreground or background during a service booking.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data to process bookings, verify provider identity (KYC), match customers with local service operators, track service statuses, and process secure payments with zero hidden fees.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

Your contact details (name and mobile number) are shared with the assigned service provider only when a booking is confirmed. We never sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party marketing networks. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities if required under applicable law.

5. Security Measures

We implement advanced encryption standards to protect your data during transmission and storage. Access to personal data is strictly restricted to authorized Kapee personnel involved in security, compliance, or customer support operations.
